End Suite
The living room of this expansive one-bedroom suite contains a comfortable writing desk, 42” Plasma TV, plush sofa and leisure chair. The bedroom is beautifully appointed and includes a second 32” plasma TV.
Golf Suite
Overlooking the golf course with expansive views in three directions and with a balcony large enough for an alfresco breakfast for two. This spacious one-bedroom suite features a large living room with a sofa, leisure chairs, 42 “plasma TV and a writing desk. The bedroom contains a built-in armoire and dressers, a separate bench with additional storage and has a second 32” plasma TV.
Terrace Suite
The Terrace suite features a large outdoor terrace, furnished with awning and chaise lounges, connected to the charming Master Bedroom. The living room is appointed with a couch, leisure chairs, 42” plasma TV and a writing desk.
Tower Suite
Situated in the majestic tower of the Biltmore, and accessed by a private elevator, the Tower Suite offers exceptional 180-degree views from the picture windows. This suite includes a spacious living room/dining room area containing overstuffed sofas and chairs, a dining table for up to six guests in select suites and two 42” Plasma TVs.
Everglades Suite
A favorite among the famous and infamous, including Al Capone — from which it derives its nickname ‘The Al Capone Suite’ — the Everglades is a two-story suite in the tower of the Biltmore. The living room is decorated with soaring hand-painted ceilings and includes a baby grand piano, two sofas, an oversized granite desk and a dining table for six. Hidden away is the master suite with a Roman bathtub and two spacious dressing rooms. A second bedroom is nestled upstairs on the balcony level and a small bar/kitchen is located near the private elevator entrance.
Merrick Suite
This unique three-bedroom suite is located on the top floor of the Biltmore tower. Three master bedrooms with private bathrooms open onto the two-story living room, which runs the full width of the tower and includes two balconies with views reaching to Biscayne Bay. The living room is filled with overstuffed sofas, a 42” plasma TV, a dining area for six guests and a fireplace.
Poolside Cabana Suites
Nestled alongside the world-famous Biltmore pool, the private cabanas are surrounded by native palms, bougainvillea and hibiscus. Each cabana is elegantly furnished with teakwood chaises and loveseats, banana leaf ceiling fans, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and outdoor rain showers. The cabanas accommodate up to eight guests and are available for daily rentals.
