

The Baking boot camps are headed by Jeannette Ozga, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and personal chef. The boot camp provides intensive instruction focused in popular baking techniques. The objective of this three-day course is to offer a progressive program where baking enthusiasts can learn basic baking techniques and have the option of honing their baking skills by entering future baking camp courses with different baking techniques being taught each month. This three day program will focus on a variety of baking skills from basic baking, hot and cold desserts, cheesecakes and mousses, to gourmet cookies, cupcakes, petit fours and cake decorating.

Do not feel intimidated by the cake craze. You too can make your own decadent creation! In this three-session course, students will learn to make a variety of delicious cakes, from basic cakes and its variations, fillings, sauces to different icings, frostings and decorating techniques.
