Cooking Buddies
Parents can take a specialized cooking class with the junior chef in their life. Armed with recipes and ingredients, you will work together as a team to create your own culinary masterpieces. Class is priced at $85 for one parent and child, $40 for additional child. The class is designed for kids 5 years and up. This is an opportunity for parents and children to spend quality time participating in a culinary activity. Cooking Buddies is offered once a month from September to May. Please check schedule for dates.

Birthday Parties
Let your child and his/her friends do all the cooking for their birthday party! Select a sweet and savory item from our menu and turn the kitchen over to the junior chefs. Their lunch will be made up of the menu items prepared during class. Students will receive paper toques and recipes to take home. All children must be 8 years and up. Parties are 2 hours and are priced at $550 for up to 10 children, $45 per child up to 15 children.
Savory:
Scones and tea sandwiches
Pizza and salad or crostini
Home made meatballs with spaghetti and fresh tomato sauce
Vegetable dumplings and chicken satays with peanut dipping sauce
Mushroom and spinach raviolis with fresh tomato sauce and crostini
Dessert:
Chocolate Brownies a la mode
Creative vanilla or chocolate cupcakes
Profiteroles with pastry cream
Chocolate truffles

Summer Camp Sessions 2013:
Session 1: June 17 - June 21 FULL
Session 2 : June 24- June 28 FULL
Session 3: July 8- July 12 FULL
Session 4: July 15- July 19 FULL
Session 5: July 22- July 26 FULL
Session 6: July 29- Aug 2 FULL
Session 7: Aug 5- Aug 9 FULL
**If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for a sold out session, please submit a registration form and write "waiting list" on it. We will contact you if a space is made available.
The weekly camps run from 9am-2pm Monday-Friday.
$375 – includes lunch, apron, and all materials
A hands-on cooking camp taught by Biltmore chef instructors with special workshops by our acclaimed hotel chefs. The week long sessions are open to children ages 9-16. Students are grouped by age and work in our fully equipped, professional kitchen. Class size is limited to 15 campers.
