Cooking Buddies
Parents can take a specialized cooking class with the junior chef in their life. Armed with recipes and ingredients, you will work together as a team to create your own culinary masterpieces. Class is priced at $85 for one parent and child, $40 for additional child.

Birthday Parties
Let your child and his/her friends do all the cooking for their birthday party! Select a sweet and savory item from our menu and turn the kitchen over to the junior chefs. Their lunch will be made up of the menu items prepared during class. Students will receive paper toques and recipes to take home. All children must be 8 years or older. Parties are 2 hours and are priced at $550 for up to 10 children, $45 per child up to 15 children.

Sample Menus:
Savory Scones, tea sandwiches, Pizza, Italian salad or crostini, Home made meat balls with spaghetti and fresh tomato sauce, Taco pinwheels, salsa and guacamole, Vegetable dumplings and chicken satays with peanut dipping sauce, Mushroom and spinach raviolis with fresh tomato sauce, salad and pizza

*Sweet - Chocolate Brownies a la Mode, Chocolate Truffles, Creative Cupcakes, Profiteroles, Apple Tart a la Mode

The weekly camps run from 9am-2pm Monday-Friday.
$375 – includes lunch, apron, and all materials

A hands-on cooking camp taught by Biltmore chef instructors with special workshops by our acclaimed hotel chefs. The week long sessions are open to children ages 8-16. Students are grouped by age and work in our fully equipped, professional kitchen. Class size is limited to 15 campers.

Mini Holiday Kids Cooking Camp
2-day camp is a hand-on camp taught by chef instructors with a special holiday workshop from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. each day. Classes are open to children ages 8-16. Students cook and work in our fully-equipped professional kitchen. $60 per day or $100 for both days.
