To transfer to another department, you must have completed six (6) months in your current position and must be in good standing. Exceptions can be made by the Human Resources Director, based on business needs. Your department manager and Human Resources Director must approve any transfer. You will then interview for the position you are seeking with the other department manager.
After transferring, you will be under a 90-day probationary period. Therefore, if transferred to another department, you may not receive your annual review on your original hire date. Once you have transferred into another department, you must stay in the new department for a minimum of six (6) months before you can transfer again.
