Q: What time is check-in and check out?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.; check out is 12:00 noon.
Q: If my plans change, what is the cancellation policy?
A: 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Q: What is the cost of transportation to / from Miami International Airport? Ft. Lauderdale Airport?
A: Approximately $19.00 each way by taxicab from Miami International Airport and $80.00 each way from Ft. Lauderdale. A town car to Ft. Lauderdale Airport is $134.00, all inclusive. A town car to Miami International is $108.00, all inclusive.
Q: Do you offer complimentary parking?
A: Yes, there is ample self-parking.
Q: How far is the hotel from the beach and area attractions?
A: The Biltmore is ideally located only minutes from several beaches, popular shopping and restaurant districts, and major South Florida attractions. The Concierge Desk can provide maps and information.
Q: What activities do you have for children?
A: The Biltmore offers tennis and golf year-round, with seasonal clinics for junior players. Undoubtedly, the hotel’s major attraction for our younger guests is the colossal pool, the largest of its kind in the continental United States.
Q: Does the hotel have a gym?
A: The Biltmore Fitness Center, named by Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health as one of the top 10 hotel fitness centers in the US, allows guests to maintain their fitness regimen while traveling. The 10,000 sq. ft. gym features more than 70 equipment pieces — including treadmills, recumbent bikes, stairclimbers, arc trainers, cross training machines, weight machines, weight plates and dumbbells; sauna, steam and locker rooms. A wide variety of fitness and aquatics classes are offered throughout the week.
Q: How many rooms and floors does the hotel have?
A: 275 guest rooms and suites on 15 floors.
Q: Is there any shopping on property?
A: In the lower lobby, you will find shops offering everything from specialty gift items and clothing to sundry products and premium cigars. Biltmore gift cards are available and can be used in all hotel outlets.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: The Biltmore offers luxury accommodations with a pet-friendly attitude. Animals are welcome as long as the pet is 13 pounds or less, fully-trained and properly restrained by the owner. As an exception to the "No Pets Policy," this act of good faith allows pet owners to keep their pets in their guest room. Guests must accept accommodations on the first and second floors of the hotel and must provide the hotel staff with a cell phone number in case of emergencies as well as a $500 advance deposit. Discretion must be used in transporting to and from the guest room and the pet must not be visible at any time in the public areas of the hotel. A: Coral Gables, known as “The City Beautiful,” is a small, sophisticated city with many big-city amenities. These include golf courses, parks, boating facilities, botanical gardens, art galleries, live theater, tennis centers, and shopping. Coral Gables is also known as South Florida’s fine dining capital with more than 100 outstanding restaurants, many with regional and national recognition.

A: No, the Biltmore Hotel is an independent property.
Q: Is there an early check-in option?
A: You may request early check-in, however it is subject to availabilty.
Q: Do your facilities accommodate guests with disabilities?
A: Our resort has many features for those with disabilities, including accessibility to the property and all of it’s features as well as many well appointed guest-rooms.
