Here, there is no need to talk to several people to plan and perfect your event. Biltmore offers event design, catering and anything else you need to make your event a success - all under one roof.

Culinary Team
The Culinary team working for our clients is headed by Banquets Executive Chef Rolando Cruz-Taura and our Chef de Cuisine Thomas Parlo.

They are abetted by Chef Olivier Rodriguez, our Master Patissier. Chef Olivier stands by to create perfect pastries and desserts for each event; he does not stint on his imagination, nor regrettably on butter, cream, and sugar.

Please ask the Sales Managers to assemble the details of menus that will suit the nature of  your meeting or event.

Chefs Rolando, Thomas, and Olivier will craft anything that will make an event sing.
