Biltmore Hotel's Premier Culinary Team
The Culinary team working for our clients is headed by Banquets Executive Chef Rolando Cruz-Taura and our Director of Culinary, Thomas Parlo.
They are abetted by Chef Olivier Rodriguez, our Master Patissier. Chef Olivier stands by to create perfect pastries and desserts for each event; he does not stint on his imagination, nor regrettably on butter, cream, and sugar.
Please ask the Sales Managers to assemble the details of menus that will suit the nature of your meeting or event.
Chefs Rolando, Thomas, and Olivier will craft anything that will make an event “sing”.
