Purpose built Miami’s Conference Center of the Americas within an iconic 1926 country club building with terraces, loggias and fountains that promote networking and informal discussions.

- Each meeting space is self-contained for secure meetings. Our terraces are surrounded by palms, gardens and fountains. These settings are perfect for team-building and programming.

- 2 fully wired auditoria
- 16 rooms, includes one classic ballroom – 6,500 sq. ft., 48’ ceiling, spills onto terraces with over 10,400 sq. ft. in space.

Our sales team is headed by Joyce Gomez who has been with the hotel for eleven years. Her team of eleven has been with us for a collective thirty-four years.

We have our own Event Creation team for Meeting Planners; the team is headed by Bruce Barbaree.

Our concierge team consists of three experts; Ernesto Aragon, who is a member of Les Clefs d'Or and as been our head concierge for 17 years, as has our hotel general manager, Dennis Doucette.

We have 550 staff looking after 275 guestrooms, meeting space, four restaurants, and our activities.

Event Design Specialist on Property       
Bruce Barbaree has been an event planner and off premises caterer before joining us in 2007. He and his associate, Deborah,will design, craft, run and then stand-by for the unknown.

Our on-property team, provided by Southern Audio Visual, know everything about the Biltmore and everything about how to tackle the unforeseen. Southern AV is our dedicated partner and has been working with us for 5 years.

Destination Management and Transport Teams

At the hotel, we have our own DMC– our Event Design Team along with a dedicated transport company, Majestic, which has been with us for 17 years.
