With the classic Florida “Grand Hotel” Mediterranean design - iconic and legendary - our hotel was built in 1926 as the gem of the all the Biltmores.

This gem is now “Where the Americas Meet” and our Catering Sales Team will arrange for the specific day needs of our meeting planners. For more extensive needs, we have our own in-house digital management consulting – Biltmore Event Design - with full programming and production design services. We even have our own in-house transportation company and Les Clefs d’Or Concierges to bring our meeting planners needs to execution.

Day Meeting Packages – DMPs for Miami and South Florida
As usual, our Day Meeting Packages include space and facilities from 8 am to 5 pm with Continental Breakfast, Lunch and two Breaks. Our difference: We make our meetings sweeter with Chef Olivier Rodriguez - our five-star pastry chef.

Modified Meeting Packages – MMPs for Miami
Our Day Meeting Packages include space and facilities from 8 am to 5 pm with a Continental Breakfast, Lunch and two Breaks and either a full breakfast or full dinner. Our difference: our Banquet Cuisine – inspired by our #1 Zagat Rated Restaurant, Palme d'Or and our 125 acres of beautiful views, peace and birdsong.

Complete Meeting Packages – CMPs for South Florida and Miami
Our Complete Meeting Packages include the guest room, space and facilities from 8AM to 5PM with Breakfast and Dinner.
