DMC & Event Design
We have our Event Design and DMC on property – Biltmore Event Design.
Bruce Barbaree and his professional team will design and execute retreats, team building, special events and the mundane for meeting planners.
Concierge
Our Les Clefs d’Or Concierge Miami team is headed by our wise maestro, Ernesto Aragon (17 years with Biltmore), will keep your attendees moving and solving the day-to-day and the unique.
Our "Mother"
When the dress rips or the clothes did not make it through baggage claim, our “mother”, Zoë Ann Therasse will pick up the pieces and find the path to a solution. We find her in our Biltmore Boutique on the Lower Lobby level.
