The handsome rusticity of the restaurant’s stone and tile interior flows into the lush landscaping of the fountain-centered courtyard, the site of Miami’s most romantic outdoor dining. Afternoon Tea - One of the few traditional English afternoon teas in the Miami area, the Biltmore’s is the only one that boasts such a grand setting – under the soaring vaulted ceiling of the magnificent lobby and in front of its majestically mantled fireplace. 19th Hole - Classic sports bar ambiance completes this commodious bar where the panoramic views of the golf course compete for attention with strategically placed televisions, perpetually tuned to sporting events.

Biltmore Spa. The elegant-new Biltmore Spa is a 12,000 sq. ft. sanctuary of tranquility and relaxation. Located on the seventh floor of the hotel, each treatment room boasts picture windows overlooking “The City Beautiful.” Striking décor in earth tones, with extensive use of water, bamboo and glass provides the perfect ambiance for state-of-the-art treatments and services, including massage therapy, facial treatments, body treatments, body wraps, terme spa baths, lifestyle kurs, and signature rituals. Fitness Center. The Biltmore Fitness Center is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility with one area dedicated solely to cardiovascular exercise. The facility also includes a comprehensive free weight room and two additional rooms of plate loaded and selectorized resistance equipment. The fitness center, ranked by Men’s Fitness as one of the top 10 hotel fitness centers in the US, features the latest equipment by Precor. More than 70 exercise classes are offered each week, including Pilates, Yoga, and body sculpting, and large variety of aquatic classes are held in the hotel’s unique pool. Pool. Largest hotel pool in the continental United States, measuring approximately 23,000 sq. ft. and holding 700,000 gallons of water. Encircling the pool are ten newly-refurbished cabanas set amidst lush palms, bougainvillea and hibiscus.
