Fact Sheets - Restaurants & Bars

OVERVIEW:

As one of Miami’s most diverse dining destinations, The Biltmore Hotel’s restaurant portfolio offers four distinctive restaurants, two different bars and a tea lounge - from frankly swank to coolly casual, sumptuous indoor decor to atmospheric al fresco settings. All feature the world-class cuisine and service that have created an internationally renowned culinary legacy for the historic hotel.

Built by Coral Gables’ developer, George Merrick, the Biltmore opened in 1926 as the epicenter of the city’s social activities. Today, in keeping with Merrick’s vision, the hotel’s restaurants and bars, in concert with the programs of its unique Cellar Club, assure the Biltmore is an integral part of local residents’ daily lives.
