Fontana

Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, with grilled steaks and seafood, accompanied by an extensive wine list showcasing selections from around the world. Cascade Poolside Bar & Grill

Overlooking the world-famous Biltmore pool, the al fresco Cascade Grill offers contemporary French-Caribbean and Spa cuisine, from small bites to a full menu of delectable specialties. Guests are invited to unwind, rewind and refuel while sipping cocktails at the adjacent tropical Boules Bar, in a colonnade-lined logia underneath a cascading waterfall.

Sunday Champagne Brunch

The grand American Sunday Brunch tradition takes on its own signature twist at the Biltmore, combining European flair, Latin exuberance and Miami’s very own tropical style. Guests are served French Champagne while enjoying the bountiful buffet of seafood & caviar, carved meats, made-to-order omelets, sushi, pastas, salads, tapas, quiches, artisanal cheeses, specialty dishes, a chocolate fountain — and endless desserts. Live music performed by Juan Areco Trio.

Afternoon Tea

A traditional English High Tea experience held amid the historic grandeur of the Biltmore lobby. Weekdays, guests are serenaded with live classical guitar music.
