AGE REQUIREMENT
Use of the facility and services is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older. The beauty salon is open to guests of all ages. To inquire about child care options, please call the Concierge at ext. 2711
SPA RESERVATIONS
We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments at least two weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your requests. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card or a hotel confirmation number and telephone number.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance for single treatments and 24 hours in advance for packages, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equal to the full value of the service. All treatments, services and consultations are subject to change and availability.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
Arriving late to an appointment will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your scheduled treatment will be applied.
GRATUITIES
For your convenience, a gratuity of 18% will be automatically added to your bill. Gratuities may be adjusted upon request.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Cellular phones, pagers and other electronic devices disturb the spa's ambiance. Please turn them off and leave them in your locker.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Spa Services are available for group functions and special occasions. We also offer a number of treatments in our private poolside cabanas. Please contact the Spa receptionist for further details.
SPA BOUTIQUE
A carefully selected collection of luxurious products for face, body, hair and well-being can be found at the spa boutique. Special occasion gifts and gifts baskets are available.
