Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to utilize Spa facilities and services. Children are welcome to enjoy the Kérastase salon but access to other Spa facilities is restricted. For child care options, please call the Hotel Concierge at extension 2711.
Spa Reservation
Please schedule your spa appointments at least two weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your requests for treatments and therapists. Please notify the Spa Concierge upon booking treatments if you have any conditions or health concerns that could affect your spa experience. Reservations are subject to availability and require a major credit card or hotel confirmation number as well as a telephone number. We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments to avoid a 100 % charge. Contacting the spa within the 24 hours cancellation policy will enable you to change your appointment date or time, if available for a $40 rescheduling fee per appointment.
Your Appointment
We do recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to enjoy the spa’s heat experiences and relaxation lounge. Arriving late to your appointment will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of the treatment will be charged.
Facilities
On the day of your treatments, we invite you to experience our beautiful relaxation lounge, aroma steam room and sauna. Locker rooms for both men and women are available and feature private showers and dressing area. All guests of the Biltmore Spa have access to the legendary Biltmore hotel pool, the largest hotel pool in the continental US. The spa concierge will issue you a pool pass upon request.
Valuable & Electronic Devices
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles. If you are a guest of the hotel, please leave all valuable items in the safe in your room. The spa atmosphere is one of calm and quiet. Cellular phones are not permitted in the spa. Please be considerate of other guests and speak quietly when in our relaxation lounge.
Gratuities
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to your final bill for spa and salon treatments. Additional gratuities are at your discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Certificates
Treat someone to the perfect gift with a Spa gift certificate. Purchase your Spa gift certificate online at www.biltmorehotel.com or in person at the Spa to be used towards any Spa treatments or purchases in the Spa Wellness Boutique.
Special Occasions
Spa treatments are available for groups and smaller special occasions. We would be delighted to organize your private celebration. We also offer poolside cabanas treatments. Please contact one of our Spa Concierges to help you organize a unique spa experience.

Inside the Spa Wellness Boutique, you will find a wide range of inspiring beauty and lifestyle products so you may continue your spa experience at home. The Spa Wellness Boutique is also a great place for all your gift-giving needs.
