If food is your passion, The Culinary Academy, established in 2009 at the legendary Biltmore Hotel, offers wonderful opportunities to explore your gastronomic fantasies. The academy furthers the Biltmore’s longstanding passion for gastronomy and commitment to excellence in the culinary arts.
From a study in chocolate to the freshest culinary explorations including our cutting-edge modern techniques, a private class for two can come with a price tag of $500 per person for a two-and a half hour experience.

REGISTER NOW FOR THE KIDS CULINARY CAMP

The Biltmore Hotel announces its acclaimed culinary academy has returned for aspiring chefs of all ages to reserve their spots. Children of ages 9-to-16 may now enroll in a unique hands-on culinary camp led by the renowned Biltmore chefs. As one of the few hotels in the country with a leisure cooking school, the Biltmore’s Culinary Academy is where future foodies learn how to work within the kitchen while gaining insight in the culinary field on topics such as:
Techniques and ingredients of international cuisines
Menu planning
Presentation and garnishing
Baking and pastry
Kitchen safety
Sanitation of the kitchen and food
Identification and proper usage of kitchen tools and equipment
Children will acquire such insight while enjoying their time cooking a vast array of foods from favorite Italian dishes, sushi, pastries, and healthy desserts.The weekly camps run all summer long, with students grouped by age, and the cost is $750 per week; Biltmore members receive 20% off.
