Answer: The Biltmore offers luxury accommodations with a pet-friendly attitude. There is a $50.00 one time deep cleaning fee for your pet's stay at the Biltmore Hotel. Pets are welcome as long as the pet is 35 pounds or less, fully-trained and properly restrained by the owner. As an exception to the "No Pets Policy," this act of good faith allows pet owners to keep their pets in their guest room. Guests must accept accommodations on the first and second floors of the hotel and must provide the hotel staff with a cell phone number in case of emergencies as well as a $500 refundable deposit. Discretion must be used in transporting to and from the guest room and the pet must not be visible at any time in the public areas of the hotel.
