The Biltmore Culinary Cooking Experience

Biltmore Culinary Academy

A wonderful and dynamic alternative to a restaurant dinner, this recreational cooking class is taught by the Biltmore’s highly acclaimed chefs, ensuring that your meal is perfect from beginning to end. A private Culinary Cooking Party Class requires a minimum of one participant (maximum 8 participants). Private class bookings need to be made at least one week in advance. A self-service open bar of beer and wine is offered and charged on consumption.

Private Classes Cost

1-2 students $500 per class
3-4 students $700 per class
5-6 students $900 per class
$110 extra per student. Maximum of 10 students. We also offer customized menus for private classes for an extra charge of $150.

*There is a 22% gratuity charge at the end of the event

Kids Camp

A hands-on cooking camp taught by Biltmore chef instructors with special workshops by our acclaimed hotel chefs. The week long sessions are open to children ages 9-16. Students are grouped by age and work in our fully equipped, professional kitchen. Class size is limited to 8 campers. The weekly camps run Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm all summer long and include lunch, apron, and all materials. A service charge is included on the price.

Team Building / Boot Camp

The boot camps provide intensive instruction focused on culinary technique. The Fundamentals camp is geared towards those looking to learn or refresh solid cooking fundamentals, while the Advanced Technique camp builds upon those fundamentals and introduces new flavor combinations and more challenging culinary techniques.
