The Cascade is an outdoor oasis tucked under a cascading 24-foot waterfall, alongside the world-famous Biltmore pool, and colonnade-lined loggia. It offers picture-perfect views of the majestic Biltmore Tower and garden. Casual poolside, seasonal selections and lighter fare are prepared with sophistication and flair. Refreshing cocktails, soft beverages and an impressive beer and wine list are offered during breakfast, lunch and afternoon dining.
