Located within the Biltmore’s stunning lobby, and set between its iconic courtyard and historic swimming pool, Palme d’Or transports guests to another era of fine dining.
As AAA inspectors note, the experience of eating in this Miami landmark, “With frescoes painted on the ceilings and chandeliers,” is about so much more than the exceptional food.
At Palme d’Or, guests receive a delicious meal prepared by Michelin starred and James Beard “Rising Star” Chef Gregory Pugin, but they will also be transported to another era of dining tradition: part Jazz Age, part French—entirely Biltmore.
With a farm to table approach, Pugin brings together fresh, local and sustainable ingredients and utilizes modern techniques to ensure every guest feels something both new and nostalgic—something that is lacking among the newly constructed dining rooms and modern menus of today.

Tuesday – Thursday: 6:00 p.m. with last seating at 9:30 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 5:00 p.m. with last seating at 10:00 p.m.
