The Club at The Biltmore offers memberships for a comprehensive fitness program plus access to special privileges, resort amenities and special events at The Biltmore. Members enjoy a 20 percent discount at all restaurants and outlets on property, as well as complimentary valet parking.
With full access to our award-winning and comprehensive fitness center, members can utilize the sauna, steam room, and extensive collection of top-of-the-line machines, as well as participate in more than 100 fitness classes per week.
Additionally, members are granted a discounted rate to special member social events such as dinners and monthly wine tastings, as well as preferred rates in our spa and hair & nail salon, Culinary Academy classes for children, and Junior Tennis and Golf Camps every summer.
Enjoy 60 minutes of full body toning. If you’re looking to sculpt and tone, our scheduled classes will allow you to use the famous Biltmore Pool to develop and use your muscle tone. Whether a beginner, intermediate, or an expert you’re sure to enjoy the Aqua Fitness at the Biltmore. The class duration is 60 minutes.
We offer more than 100 weekly exercise classes including Aqua Fitness, Body Sculpting, Boot Camps, Pilates, Group Cycle, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Zumba. The Yoga Studio is quietly nestled in a separate building with beautiful golf course views. A variety of aquatic classes are held in the hotel’s landmark pool.
Group Cycle™ Connect is the world’s first indoor cycling bike that tracks workout, enabling users to improve their performance through a totally immersive riding experience. It combines unique design with cutting-edge connectivity, awesome feeling and unparalleled ease of use. Group Cycle™ allows members and guests to enjoy rides bursting with entertainment and motivation: inspirational videos and music to set the mood and the beat, as they pursue one another in a crescendo of rhythm and emotion to the finish line.
Outdoor Fitness Experience
Enjoy outdoor fitness with our expert training. We offer traditional personal training sessions focused on cardiovascular and muscular objectives as well as unique fitness specialties in a one-on-one or private class setting. These specialties include Aqua, Meditation, Pilates, Stretch, TRX, Stretch, Yoga and a variety of dance formats including Salsa and Zumba.
The Biltmore has a wide array of Yoga classes available for those who want more than one type of class. A small sampling includes
- Hatha Yoga: Postures, breathing and meditation
- Power Yoga: Yoga with a strength emphasis
- Restorative Yoga: A method with props and long hold times that open the body in a more passive way
