Does the Biltmore gift card or e-gift card expire?
Answer: No, Gift cards in the state of Florida are not subject to expiration dates or fees by law.
How long will gift cards ordered online take to arrive?
Answer: E-gift cards are available in digital form and are generally emailed immediately or within 30 minutes of purchase. A physical gift card should arrive within seven working days, If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the above noted time, please email retail@biltmorehotel.com mentioning your order ID and we will look into the matter.
For what amounts can I purchase any of the gift cards?
Answer: The minimum purchase for a gift card is $50 and the maximum is $1,000. There is also a maximum of ten cards per order.

Answer: Biltmore Hotel gift cards are non-refundable. You should treat your gift card as cash. No change will be given, however the remaining available balance may be applied to future purchases until the gift card balance reaches $0.

Answer: Yes, you can use the gift cards to tip Biltmore Hotel team members it is the same as cash.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen or damaged?
Answer: The Biltmore Hotel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen cards. Please store your gift cards in a safe place to prevent losing or damaging it. If it is damaged we would need a photo of the damaged card with the card number visible so it can be voided and the re-issued.
How do I activate my gift card?
Answer: Your Biltmore Hotel gift card will be activated automatically when it is issued by Biltmore Hotel. It is ready to use as soon as you receive it, by email (e-gift card) or in the mail.
Can I withdraw money from my gift card?
