Answer: The Biltmore Hotel charges a $23 resort fee per room per day. The resort fee includes the following amenities and services: Daily admission to the Biltmore Fitness Center to include Daily Classes, High Speed Internet, In-Room and Public Areas Access to Press Reader Application with over 5000 downloadable domestic and international publications, Unlimited Local Calls, Long Distance Access, Outbound Collect Calls
3. Question: How long does it take to get to the hotel from Miami International Airport?
Answer: The drive time between Miami Biltmore Hotel and Miami Airport (MIA) is around 18 minutes and covers a distance of around 3.7 miles.
4. Question: How far is the hotel from Miracle Mile?
Answer: The journey time between Miami Biltmore Hotel and Miracle Mile is around 5 minutes and covers a distance of around 1.5 miles. This is a short trip and perfect location for shopping or business related travelers.

Answer: Coral Gables, known as “The City Beautiful,” is a small, sophisticated city with many big-city amenities. These include golf courses, parks, boating facilities, botanical gardens, art galleries, live theater, tennis centers, Canoeing Coral Gables Waterways, Coral Gables museum, Fairchild Gardens, Miami Exo Adventures, walking tour, Venetian Pools, Miracle Mile shopping center and the Village of Merrick Park mall. Coral Gables is also known as South Florida’s fine dining capital with more than 100 outstanding restaurants, many with regional and national recognition. 8. Question: Do you offer valet parking?
Answer: We offer valet parking for daily visitors and overnight guests. The valet services are $25.00 daily for visitors and $42.00 for overnight guests.
9. Question: What activities do you have for children?
Answer: The Biltmore offers tennis and golf year-round, with seasonal clinics for junior players. Undoubtedly, the hotel’s major attraction for our younger guests is the colossal pool, the largest of its kind in the continental United States.
10. Question: Does the hotel have a gym?
Answer: The Biltmore Fitness Center, named by Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health as one of the top 10 hotel fitness centers in the US, allows guests to maintain their fitness regimen while traveling. The 10,000 sq. ft. gym features more than 70 equipment pieces — including treadmills, recumbent bikes, stair climbers, arc trainers, cross training machines, weight machines, weight plates and dumbbells; sauna, steam and locker rooms. A wide variety of fitness and aquatics classes are offered throughout the week.
11. Question: Is there any shopping on property?
Answer: In the lower lobby, you will find shops offering everything from specialty gift items and clothing to sundry products and premium cigars. Biltmore gift cards are available and can be used in all hotel outlets.
12. Question: Do you allow pets?
Answer: The Biltmore offers luxury accommodations with a pet-friendly attitude. There is a $50.00 one time deep cleaning fee for your pet’s stay at the Biltmore Hotel. Pets are welcome as long as the pet is 35 pounds or less, fully-trained and properly restrained by the owner. As an exception to the “No Pets Policy,” this act of good faith allows pet owners to keep their pets in their guest room. Guests must accept accommodations on the first and second floors of the hotel and must provide the hotel staff with a cell phone number in case of emergencies as well as a $500 refundable deposit. Discretion must be used in transporting to and from the guest room and the pet must not be visible at any time in the public areas of the hotel.
13. Question: Are you affiliated with other Biltmore Hotels?
Answer: No, the Biltmore Hotel is an independent property. The Biltmore Hotel is a contributing member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Preferred Golf properties.
14. Question: Is there an early check-in option?
Answer: You may request early check-in; however it is subject to availability.
15. Question: Do your facilities accommodate guests with disabilities?
Answer: Yes, our resort has many features for those with disabilities, including accessibility to the property and all of its features as well as many well-appointed guest-rooms.
16. Question: How many rooms and floors does the hotel have?
Answer: 271 guest rooms and suites on 15 floors.
17. Question: Can I smoke in my room?
Answer: No, Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building or any of the rooms. There is $500 fee for smoking in non-designated areas.
18. Question: If my plans change, what is the cancellation policy?
Answer: 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
19. Question: Which credit card brands do you accept for payment?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and JCB.
20. Question: Can my package be delivered to my room?
Answer: There is a $10.00 fee that will be charged for each package being delivered per room. All fees will be shown and displayed on your guest room folio at the end of your stay.
