Authentic Italian dinner is the simple act of gathering around the table together and taking the time to taste life fully.  Let the aroma of garlic, fresh herbs, and meat sauce simmering on the stove flood your senses as Chef Beppe creates his favorite Italian dishes inspired by his grandparents.  Some of these great dishes include pasta e fagioli, crostini con fegatelli, trippa alla ligure, and costolette di agnello al sugo on polenta.  This is definitely a tradition to continue!
