In the academy, students get to learn to cook an array of foods from, favorite Italian dishes, sushi, pastries, and even healthy desserts. Within the facility, students are placed in socially distant stations and must keep face coverings on at all times. Classes are also small – up to eight participants maximum.
“The kids culinary summer camp was a success so we are very pleased to now be opening The Culinary Academy for the winter season to patrons of all ages,” said Matthias Kammerer, Managing Director of The Biltmore Hotel Miami – Coral Gables. “While these classes can be a lot of fun, they are set within a safe and healthy environment and are truly educational.”
